SHAMANIC ENERGYWORK

Shamanic energywork is based upon ancient knowledge of indigenous societies who lived in communion with the Earth. A shamanic practitioner contacts the helping spirits and teachers in the spiritual world and brings back information and knowledge to serve and help others and their community.

Shamanic energywork addresses loss of power in your life. If you are experiencing depression, confusion, chronic illnesses, fatigue, disease—to the shamanic practitioner, these are all signs of power loss. In shamanic energywork, power is brought back to you to help you live fully and effectively in the world. In a session the following techniques used may include:

Power Animal Retrieval

In shamanic belief the animals are our teachers and protectors. We have animals that are with us our whole life and others that are with us only when we deal with certain issues occurring in our life. Connection with your power animal can help you to retain your power. In this technique the shamanic practitioner journeys to discover your power animal(s) and blows their energy into your heart and the top of your head. You will also learn the wisdom of your power animal and how it is to help you.

Soul Retrieval

In shamanic belief a soul retrieval is needed when trauma occurs in our life. Often a part of our soul may leave in order to survive the trauma of what has occurred. Signs of soul loss include chronic illnesses, feeling fragmented, depression, and fatigue. In soul retrieval, the shamanic practitioner journeys to find the missing soul parts and bring them back, creating a sense of wholeness. This returns power to you that has been lost perhaps since you were a child.

Soul Remembering

The shamanic practitioner journeys back to the soul at the time of birth and receives a symbol of the soul before life’s projects are placed on it. This information can help a person to realize their gifts and to see the power they do hold in life.

Psychopomp Work

The shamanic practitioner is a healer of both the living and the dead. The practitioner can help someone who is dying to learn how to leave the body at the time of death and where to go after death. It helps the dying person to not have to hold on to the body, fearing and delaying death, and also gives them a roadmap of where to go after death. In addition, the shamanic practitioner can also help people who have died. Oftentimes people do not know that they have died. The practitioner can escort the deceased to the Light. In doing psychopomp work the practitioner can also help unfinished business to be resolved between the deceased and their family. This is accomplished by bringing messages from the deceased to the family and from the family to the deceased.

Divination Work

In divination work the shamanic practitioner journeys to their helping spirits for answers to questions the client seeks about their life. In addition to journeying the practitioner may use crystals, stones, oracles, candles, eggs, or nature in seeking answers.

Ancestral Work

Many times present day illnesses are connected with those who have gone before, the ancestors. This work requires the practitioner to journey back to the ancestors to heal the ancestors so that the client may experience a healing. Often times there are energy patterns that have been established and are passed on from generation to generation. These energy patterns can be broken up by the practitioner, resulting in healing in present time.

 Long Distance Shamanic Healing

It is recommended that shamanic work be done in person, however, sometimes this is not possible.  If you would like a long distance healing from Jeanne, please contact her.  She will send you a written report of the healing work that was done, messages received and any other pertinent info.  If soul retrieval is involved, you will receive a crystal that contains the soul essence that has been returned along with instructions for releasing the energy from the crystal to integrate it back into your body.  Payment can be made through paypal.

REIKI A hands on method of healing that balances the body/mind/spirit. Jeanne also offers Hot Stone Reiki.Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy which can facilitate stress-reduction and relaxation, support effective immune-system function, enhance the body’s self-healing mechanisms and replenish and nurture vitality. It is holistic in its effect and may elicit a healing response in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states of the individual. It can prove to be beneficial in resolving of physical disorders, nervous conditions and emotional issues and help nurture a greater sense of balance, well-being and harmony in one’s life.

In a Reiki session the client lies fully clothed on the massage table. Treatment is given primarily by means of a structured series of touch based interventions at specific points on the body—chakras, joints, hands, feet, face and head. The Reiki session usually lasts about an hour. Clients may experience heat, tingling, see colors, or experience emotion as the practitioner radiates the Reiki energy through the hands. Many clients fall asleep due to the deep relaxation that occurs in a treatment.

When working with a specific physical/mental/emotional symptom, three Reiki sessions are recommended to adequately address the issue.

INTEGRATIVE COUNSELING Jeanne offers her own unique style of counseling, blending traditional talk oriented modalities with energywork which works with both right and left brain processing. Trauma lodges in the right brain which traditional talk therapy does not address. The right brain responds to the non-verbal which Jeanne incorporates into her counseling sessions. Jeanne combines Reiki energy and shamanic energywork with traditional modalities so that body, mind and Spirit are addressed, balancing the body and bringing harmony.

CLERGY SERVICES Jeanne is an Ordained Minister of the Circle of Sacred Earth, a church based on shamanic practices and principles. Jeanne can perform weddings, baptisms, and other spiritual ceremonies. She can also design rituals for honoring life's passages.
